The duplex, located in Ivry-sur-Seine in a building from the 70s, needed to be renovated, in strict compliance with the available budget.

The upper floor has been completely opened to obtain a large space with an open  kitchen, a living room, a little bathroom and a workspace area.

The lower floor's configuration has been kept, while getting a facelift, with  two bedrooms and the main bathroom.

The staircase has been restored and enhanced with better lighting and new woodworks.
