ABBESSES - Paris XVIII

The configuration of this souplex, at the heart of Abbesses, did not do it justice: a lot of wasted space, an unused and very humid basement, the feeling of a smaller place despite the 80m2 / 861 sqft

The ground floor has been completely revisited and fitted out with new proportions, more balanced and pleasant to live in.

The basement has been insulated, which made it possible to recover this space and to fully exploit it, served by a staircase finally bright thanks to the creation of a glazed opening in correspondence of the bedroom, overlooking the garden.
