MOULIN D'ICARE -
Retz Forest

An old abandoned outbuilding and the willing to start a new adventure: that was the main desire for the owners of this B&B.

Both passionate about the equestrian world, they decided to entirely remodel this space, located in the large estate in the middle of the Retz forest, where they lived.

The idea was to create 3 master suites, each one with its own bathroom, along with a common space developed around the original fireplace.

A complete project - going from a structural recovery, up to the small details - developed in the full respect of the clients' vision and the budget available.
