A small studio on the 2nd floor of an old historical building, a few steps from
the Arc de Triomphe, kept empty and vacant for two decades at least.

Everything had to be redone, including the layout, because there was no space dedicated to the kitchen, nor a real bathroom.

The studio, serving as a pied-à-terre, now includes three separate areas, allowing each square meter to be used in a clever way, along with an eclectic style that reflects the owner's personality.
